Banana Bread Chia SEed Pudding

I love me some quick and easy meals during our busy school/work week. Several mornings I'm at work before the kids get up then rush back home to help get them ready and out the door on time for school. So having something already prepped and ready to go in the fridge for quick breakfasts that we'll all enjoy is such a life saver! Like this Banana Bread Chia Seed Pudding. In our house, if you add "pudding" or "ice cream" to any food, our kids are more likely to eat it up! This not only has pudding in the title, but it tastes like a creamy bowl of banana cream pie pudding.
