Banana Chocolate Chip Protein Muffins




Ingredients

  • 2 cups Kodiak Power Cake Mix

  • 2 large bananas, mashed

  • 1 cup unsweetened cashew or almond milk

  • 1/3 cup non-fat greek yogurt

  • 1/4 cup honey

  • 1 egg

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 2 scoops collagen peptides

  • 1/3 cup dark chocolate chips


Directions

  1. Pre-heat oven to 350 degrees and coat muffin tins with cooking spray.

  2. Mash bananas and mix with cashew milk, greek yogurt, honey, egg and vanilla.

  3. Add in collagen peptides and kodiak mix.

  4. Combine well.

  5. Scoop using 1/3 cup measuring cup into prepared baking cups.

  6. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.

  7. Enjoy!
