Mandarin Cranberry Protein Bites


It's Mandarin season! One of our favorites in our house. Luckily we live in an area where mandarins grow in abundance so get to enjoy lots of sweet, juice mandarins through the season. Usually as a grab and go snack but often times I'll add them or their juice to recipes. Like these Mandarin Cranberry Protein Bites!



Ingredients


1 cup Old Fashioned Oats

1/2 cup all natural peanut butter

2 tbsp honey

1 scoop vanilla protein powder

2 tbsp fresh mandarin juice

1 tsp mandarin zest

1 tsp vanilla

1/4 tsp cinnamon

3 tbsp dried cranberries


Instructions

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl or stand mixer and mix well. Form into small, quarter sized balls then store in the refrigerator.
