Oatmeal cookie protein smoothie
Ingredients
1/4 cup old fashioned oats, dry
1 frozen banana
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tsp. cinnamon
3-4 pitted dates
1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice
1/2 cup plain yogurt
1 cup almond milk, coconut milk or other milk option
1 cup ice
Instructions
Toss all ingredients into the blender, mix and enjoy!
