Oatmeal cookie protein smoothie

Ingredients

  • 1/4 cup old fashioned oats, dry

  • 1 frozen banana

  • 1 tsp. vanilla

  • 1 tsp. cinnamon

  • 3-4 pitted dates

  • 1 scoop vanilla protein powder of choice

  • 1/2 cup plain yogurt

  • 1 cup almond milk, coconut milk or other milk option

  • 1 cup ice

Instructions

Toss all ingredients into the blender, mix and enjoy!
