Paleo Avocado "Hummus"

Ingredients
1 large zucchini
1 small avocado
1 clove of garlic
2 tbsp. tahini
1 tsp. cumin
1/2 tsp. paprika
1/4 cup fresh cilantro
2-3 tbsp. avocado oil (olive oil works well too)
salt and pepper to taste
Squeeze of lime juice (optional)
Instructions
Place all ingredients except oil into a food processor.
Pulse until finely chopped.
Continue pulsing and slowly add in oil until the mixture is smooth and creamy.
Serve with fresh veggies or desired dippers!
