Paleo Mint chip smoothie
1 frozen banana
3-4 pitted dates
1/4 cup fresh mint leaves
1 large handful of spinach or other greens
1 cup ice
1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life Mini Chips)
1 cup coconut milk, cashew milk, or other milk option
In a blender, add banana, dates, mint, spinach, ice and coconut milk.
Process until smooth.
Add in the chocolate chips and blend for until the desired size chips are reached.
