Paleo Mint chip smoothie


  • 1 frozen banana

  • 3-4 pitted dates

  • 1/4 cup fresh mint leaves

  • 1 large handful of spinach or other greens

  • 1 cup ice

  • 1/4 cup chocolate chips (I used Enjoy Life Mini Chips)

  • 1 cup coconut milk, cashew milk, or other milk option


  1. In a blender, add banana, dates, mint, spinach, ice and coconut milk.

  2. Process until smooth.

  3. Add in the chocolate chips and blend for until the desired size chips are reached.
