Thanksgiving Week HIIT Workout

Can you believe Thanksgiving week is next week???


If you're like me, you're running around crazy most days WITH your kids in tow because they are out of school for the week. Which means "me time" AKA, gym time, could easily get pushed to the back burner.


BUT! It doesn't have to! Let's stay consistent with our fitness by doing mini workouts when we can! Quick, effective workouts that will help us get moving, feel energized, and allow us to stay on top of our fitness routine during a crazy busy week! Even if you're traveling!


Here's a fun one to try out.



TABATA Cricuit Fun!

Warm up for 5-7 minutes with dynamic stretching and movements. Then complete exercise A for 20 seconds, rest for 10 seconds then complete exercise B for 20 seconds. Rest for 10 seconds and repeat the circuit 4 times total. Rest for 1 minute then move to the next circuit.

Burpees

Reverse lunge
